Deborah Marino, MSN, CRNP – BC
Debbie has been an Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner for fifteen years and worked as a Registered Nurse in the Medical and Surgical field since 1986. As an RN, her experience ranges from Inpatient Nursing to Surgical Intensive Care Nursing to Outpatient Ambulatory Surgical Nursing. As an NP, her experience ranges from Pre-op Admission Testing to Pain Management to Gerontology to Nephrology. Debbie has authored and co-authored several articles for publication in various health-related areas of interest. She has acted as a Clinical Preceptor to nursing students attending The University of Pennsylvania, Drexel University and Holy Family University. She is a member of The Pennsylvania Coalition of Nurse Practitioners. She was recently nominated as “Top Nurse Practitioner in Newtown, PA” by The International Nurses Association.
She is an integral part to the medical home model of care that brings a level of experience that patients of Signature Medicine are accustomed to. She has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The Catholic University of America in Washington, DC and a Master of Science in Nursing from The University of New York at Stony Brook. She is Board Certified in Adult Health – Acute, Primary and Critical Care by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Her prior experience includes working at North Shore University Hospital at Manhasset, and at Glen Cove, both located on Long Island in NY. Additionally, she has prior experience working at The Pain Management Center of Long Island, Rockville Centre, NY, Chandler Hall Health Services, Newtown, PA, and at Bucks County Kidney Specialists, Newtown, PA.
Debbie is involved in providing a holistic approach to patient care with particular attention to disease prevention, health promotion and risk reduction. This is accomplished through handling everyday medical issues, offering care coordination, and providing patient education. Her special interest is in Primary Care and whole-body wellness. She is passionate about providing quality care and teaching patients about their diagnosis and treatment plan. She lives in Bucks County, PA with her family. She has been a Girl Scout Leader for 7 years and is a tennis enthusiast.
Parula Sitapara, Practice Administrator
Parula Sitapara partners with Dr. Sitapara in their private life and their professional endeavors. Sharing in the vision that Signature Medicine is not your typical medical practice, Parula manages the service of Signature Medicine. With a Bachelor’s degree in computer programming, Parula also adds keen capability for how technology can enhance operations and create expanded communication resources for patients. Parula handles all billing, insurance and patient relations within the practice. And while not busy with the practice, Parula is an active member of the community and very involved in the lives of her three children. She is currently involved with the Newtown Business Professional Association, founder of EchoScribe Inc, a medical transcription company. Parula’s is also the founder of Newtown Medspa, Newtown’s first luxury medical spa, offering many skin enhancing noninvasive procedures.
Jenn Aker, Medical Assistant
Jenn is a NCCT Certified Medical Assistant trained at Harris School of Business. She is certified in First Aid, Operating electrocardiography (ECG) machinery and graph interpretation Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
Jenn is devoted to the care of the patients at Signature Medicine. She performs key clinical and administrative procedures in order to help medical practices run smoothly and more effectively. Jenn ensures that health services are available to those who need it, and she works tirelessly to help patients get the care that they need. A memorable moment in her career was when she helped save a 19yrs old young man’s life by acting quickly in providing the essential treatment .

Corynne, Dixey, Medical Assistant
Corynne, a Registered Medical Assistant, received her Associate degree from Sandford-Brown Institute and completed her Bachelors of Health Sciences program at University of South Dakota. She currently attends Bucks County Community College, completing their Bachelors of Science Nursing program.
She also performs key clinical and administrative procedures in order to help medical practices run smoothly and more effectively. Kimberly Savage, Chief Experience Officer
Kimberly is responsible for building superior patient experience and promoting engagement that incites patients to be proactive about their health, minimize health risks and enjoy a healthier lifestyle.
