We understand the importance of receiving basic internal medicine health care year after year.  Our program focuses on continuity of care, and we aim to provide our patients with an annual visit in addition to sick visits when they need medical attention or are concerned about their health.  Our goal is to make the medical experience relaxing, comfortable, and informative – and to address all of our patients’ concerns in an efficient and professional manner.

Whether you choose to pay out-of-pocket or through your insurance provider, your care will be billed on as-used or as-needed basis.  You may communicate with the practice via email (see our email authorization form) or on any office visit.  Visits are scheduled by one of Signature Medicine’s helpful personnel.  When you come to the office, your comfort and care will be our main concern.
