We also offer a new model of service – known as retainer or concierge medicine. This option provides the same medical care but the service standards are very different. Our Preventative Care Program is most appropriate for anyone who takes their health seriously and wants a different kind of care focus. Our patients are interested in receiving quality healthcare and wellness at service levels far beyond that which they have ever experienced. The focus is on prevention, early detection, chronic disease optimization, and lifestyle management. We have patients ranging from young people in their 20s to grandparents. Families, healthy people, the chronically ill, individuals with varying education, employment and income have all joined. They share the common desire to live a healthy, active lifestyle and are ready to take active steps to meet their health goals. This program is time and service intensive, taking the full consideration of the member’s healthcare goals. This level of intensive oversight allows us to detect problems at the earliest stages. And if you do need treatment, you receive swift and comprehensive care.

Patients who chose this level of service are interested in personal attention that focuses on prevention and wellness strategies. Because Dr. Sitapara has limited his premium service patients, he is able to provide more time and access and is not overloaded with the volume of patients he serves.
To enjoy this enhanced level of convenience, you pay an annual membership fee of $1500 for an individual or $2800 for two members from the same family. While your health insurance will provide for your basic medical services, the membership fee is typically not covered by insurance.
Signature Medicine works in conjunction with Signature Practice Management LLC. Your membership fee pays for enhancements provided by Signature Practice Management LLC and does not pay for Professional Services. Signature Medicine provides all Professional services under this arrangement. Signature Medicine will seek health plan reimbursement for Professional services covered by your health plan and will accept payments from your health plan as payment in full for most Professional services (subject to applicable deductibles, co-payments, and coinsurance amounts).
